The award ceremony will take place on the evening of the 26th July 2008 at the 1st International Natural Freelife Mind Body and Spirit Festival at Ayr Racecourse.

The Second US Spiritist Medical Congress aims at raising awareness of the ongoing knowledge revealed by science in its integration with spirituality in the hopes of enlightening professionals and individuals who share an interest in health promotion and soul healing.
The Second US Spiritist Medical Congress will address the practice of integrative medicine, focusing on the well-being of the individual as a whole – body, mind and spirit – a principle that goes hand in hand with the Spiritist medical paradigm of integral health.
A group of 20 talented professionals from all over the world share their personal and professional experiences on how spirituality and medicine coalesce to nurture well being and promote healing. Featured are experts such as Dr. Amit Goswami, quantum physicist, that appeared in the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know?”, (www.dramitgoswami.com); Dr. Melvin Morse, a neuroscientist who has studied the near death experiences (NDEs) of children since 1980 (www.melvinmorse.com/light.htm); Dr. Christina Puchalski, director of the George Washington Institute for Spirituality and Health, whose mission has been focused on bringing increased attention to the spiritual needs of a patient, families, and the healthcare professionals (www.gwish.org/id68.htm), and Dr. Dolores Krieger, a professor at NYU who studies Reiki and Therapeutic-touch as healing modalities (www.reikinurse.com/healingtouch.html).

This event will cover all the usual at these types of events but there will be an element of more unique gifts as it is coming up to Christmas time. There will also be workshops demos and talks more info will follow in the next couple of weeks.
The tickets will be exceptionally reasonably priced for advanced tickets it will be £1.00 concession or ( on the door £2.00) and full price £1.50 advanced or ( £3.00 on the door)
